1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the individual player and the international operator of Lucky77. They apply to the Lucky77 website, mobile experience, games, sports betting services, payment functions, promotions and related player-support facilities.

2. Definitions

You must not register or use Lucky77 if gambling is unlawful in your location, if you are subject to a self-exclusion arrangement, or if your access would breach an applicable law, court order, professional restriction or contractual duty. Employees, contractors and persons directly involved in supplying Lucky77 games may be restricted from participating where a conflict exists.

Only one account is permitted per person unless Lucky77 gives prior written approval. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and transactions may be reviewed to identify bonus misuse, payment fraud or attempts to evade responsible gambling controls.

4. Registration, Verification & Account Security

You must provide complete, current and accurate information. Your registered name should match your Malaysian identification or passport and the name attached to your payment method. Providing false details, impersonating another person or using a third party's financial account is prohibited.

6. Deposits, Balances & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Lucky77 may support payment options such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX transfers through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank or Hong Leong Bank, together with selected cryptocurrency networks. Availability, minimum amounts, maximum amounts and processing times may differ by account and may change.

Deposits must be made for genuine gaming activity and generally must come from a payment method held in your own name. Lucky77 may decline, reverse or investigate a transaction where the ownership, origin or purpose of funds cannot reasonably be established.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to available cleared funds, completed KYC, applicable wagering requirements and security review. Lucky77 may request that a withdrawal be returned to the original deposit channel where operationally possible. Estimated processing times are not guarantees because banks, e-wallets, blockchain networks and fraud checks may cause delays.

6.3 Currency, Fees & Errors

Account figures may be displayed in MYR. Where currency or cryptocurrency conversion is required, a rate available at the processing time may apply. Third-party institutions may charge their own transaction or network fees. If Lucky77 credits an account incorrectly, the erroneous amount remains the property of Lucky77 and may be deducted. 7. Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Rewards

Welcome bonuses, cashback, free spins, referral rewards and loyalty benefits may be governed by additional conditions. These may include qualifying deposits, wagering multiples, eligible games, game contribution percentages, maximum permitted bets, expiry periods and withdrawal limits.

Unless an offer states otherwise, bonus credit is not immediately withdrawable. Attempting to obtain multiple welcome offers, coordinating wagers, creating duplicate accounts or using low-risk betting patterns solely to extract promotional value may be treated as bonus abuse.

If promotion-specific conditions conflict with these general Terms, the specific conditions apply to that promotion to the extent of the conflict. 8. Gameplay, Sports Betting & Results

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Lucky77 for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes. Prohibited conduct includes:

• collusion, chip dumping, match manipulation or coordinated betting intended to create an unfair advantage;
• using bots, scripts, automated tools, unauthorised software or techniques that interfere with normal game operation;
• opening duplicate accounts, using false identities or accessing another person's Lucky77 account;
• depositing proceeds of crime, disguising fund ownership or using the account as a money-transfer service;
• exploiting obvious pricing, game, payment or promotional errors instead of reporting them;
• threatening staff, submitting falsified documents or attempting to bypass KYC, geolocation or responsible gambling controls; and
• infringing intellectual property, disrupting the website or attempting unauthorised access to systems or data.

Where Lucky77 reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it may restrict activity, preserve relevant records and investigate. Funds linked to confirmed fraud or unlawful activity may be withheld, reversed or handled as required by the applicable international framework.

10. Responsible Gambling

12. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a dispute concerns a specific settled wager or payment, any recoverable amount will ordinarily be limited to the value of the affected transaction, subject to mandatory law and the facts of the matter.

13. Account Suspension, Closure & Dormancy

You may request account closure through Lucky77 player support. Before releasing a remaining balance, Lucky77 may complete identity, payment ownership and security checks. Bonus funds that have not met their conditions may be removed upon closure.

Lucky77 may suspend or close an account for a material breach, suspected fraud, duplicate registration, underage use, failed verification, unlawful activity, abusive behaviour or compliance risk. Where appropriate and legally permissible, the player will be informed of the general reason and any steps required to resolve the restriction.

An account with no login, deposit, withdrawal or wager for an extended period may be treated as dormant. Lucky77 will apply any dormant-account process reasonably and in accordance with applicable terms communicated to the player.

14. Changes to These Terms
